*All new personal training clients are required to undergo a complimentary Pre-Exercise Consultation with Jody prior to the commencement of any personal training sessions.
*An 8-week of 12-week commitment is required for personal training clients, exclusive of the Pre-Exercise Assessment/Discovery Session, unless otherwise agreed with Jody.
*I recommend that you begin training with me at least twice per week, as I know that you will see better results this way. This can be in the form of:
- Two (2) personal training sessions per week OR
- One (1) personal training session per week AND one (1) group training session per week.
*I require payment upfront or via fortnightly direct debit. There is no set up fee for your direct debit payment.
*You have 9 weeks from your first personal training session to complete your 8 sessions if you select an 8-week Personal Training Membership.
*At the completion of the 9 weeks any unused personal training session will be forfeited and there will be no refunds at this stage.
*You have 13 weeks from your first personal training session to complete your 12 sessions if you select a 12-week Personal Training Membership.
*At the completion of the 13 weeks any unused personal training session will be forfeited and there will be no refunds at this stage.
*Should you feel necessary, you can request an extension on this time frame. All requests will need to be in writing (email is fine) and will be considered and then discussed with the client as to the options available.
*Once you have completed your initial training, a decision will be made in consultation as to the next step in your fitness and training, whether you continue on a fortnightly basis, commit to a further 12-week period, change your training schedule or cease your training.
*Once you are a regular Personal Training client and you are paying via direct debit, if you would like to permanently stop training with me I require two (2) weeks notification to cancel your direct debit.
*24 hours notice must be provided to cancel a personal training session without charge.
*If Jody needs to reschedule the session, she will provide you with 24 hours notice and alternative session time will be booked to suit both parties.
*If Jody needs to reschedule the session, and provides LESS than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged and, alternative session time will be booked to suit both parties.
*If you fail to show up to a personal training session without cancelling or rescheduling, you will be charged.
*If a pattern of ‘no-show’s or cancelling last minute starts to show up I have the right to re-visit our working relationship.
*Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your session to settle your child, if applicable, and start warming up.
