Personal Training Terms & Conditions

*All new personal training clients are required to undergo a Pre-Exercise Consultation with Jody prior to the commencement of any personal training sessions.

*A 3 month minimum commitment is required for personal training clients, exclusive of the Pre-Exercise Assessment/Discovery Session, unless otherwise agreed with Jody.

*I recommend that you begin training with me at least twice per week, as I know that you will see better results this way. This can be in the form of:

  • Two (2) personal training sessions per week OR
  • One (1) personal training session per week AND one (1) group training session per week.

*I require payment upfront or via weekly instalments.

*You have 14 weeks from your first personal training session to complete your membership if you select 3 month Personal Coaching Membership.

*At the completion of the 14 weeks any unused personal training session will be forfeited and there will be no refunds at this stage.

*Should you feel necessary, you can request an extension on this time frame. All requests will need to be in writing (email is fine) and will be considered and then discussed with the client as to the options available.

*Once you have completed your initial training, a decision will be made in consultation as to the next step in your fitness and training, whether you continue on a fortnightly basis, commit to a further 3 or 6 month period, change your training schedule or cease your training.

*Session cancellation: 12 hours notice must be provided if you are unable to attend your Personal Training Session. Failure to give 12 hours minimum notice to cancel a session will result in the loss of that session with no refund. Where sufficient notice is given, the session cancelled must be made up with your trainer and will not be refunded.

*If you decide to terminate your personal training sessions without notice, any outstanding payments will be sent to a third party debt collection agency. Failure to pay these sessions you have committed to may affect your credit rating going forward. Any outstanding debt will also be debited from your account if you fail to co-operate with your trainer.

*If a pattern of ‘no-show’s or cancelling last minute starts to show up I have the right to re-visit our working relationship.

*Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your session to settle your child, if applicable, and start warming up.

*MumaBubs reserves the right to alter any of these terms and conditions without notification.
