My main mission is to support you to live you healthiest, happiest and most energised life through quality and safe, yet effective, movement and exercise.
However, movement and nutrition go hand in hand. Yes, you can do one with out the other, but, from years of working with mums, I know you will get some results, but not the results you are seeking.
And unfortunately, I see many mums also do not achieve the consistency they want from their movement and exercise either due to their own health and wellbeing issues or their children’s.
I am not nutritionist or a naturopaths, but I am a mum who works with women who are also mums or mums-to-be, on a daily basis, and particularly those that are in the early part of their mum journey, from pre-conception through to the pre-school years.
I do understand that every mother’s first priority is their children, and ensuring that they are nourished well, cared for and loved.
I also understand that the majority of mum’s also want to be a role model for their children.
I welcome so many mum’s to my sessions, whether that be group, in-person or online. But, though safe, effective movement and fitness is my first focus with my clients, I also know that you can not exercise when your body is not nourished well.
So, like my philosophy for your physical health, which is working from the inside out to ensure that your body functions optimally, this is the same with my nutritional philosophy.
It is so important that we load our bodies with nourishing, energising and healthy foods to fuel our amazing, though often tired and busy bodies, from the inside out.
It is important to remember when you have welcomed a little one into your life that:
- You have just gone through 9 months of growing a human
- You are physically recovering from the delivery of your child, whether that be a natural delivery or a caesarean delivery
- If you are breastfeeding, lactation places higher nutritional demands on your body
- The more decreased your nutrient stores are, the higher you are at risk for low moods, anxiety and post-natal depression
So it is so very important that you:
- Eat to support your recovery, both physically & emotionally
- Keep your energy levels as even as possible to assist you to cope with the demands of caring for a newborn, and for many new mums, other young children
- Focus be on eating minimally processed but nutrient dense food
- Do not make this the time to think about calorie restricting
- Remember that though your diet is important for your breast milk and baby, it is MORE important for your own health & energy levels
Mums With Young Children
Being a mum myself, I understand that not only do you have yourself to care for, but also that of another human being’s health and wellbeing in your hands, and on top of that you will also have a home, potentially a job, and for most, a partner to care for – it can be a tough balancing act.
However, while there is no doubt that motherhood is a tough gig, if you are not caring for your own health and wellbeing, then it can make it even harder.
And, even if your little ones are no longer in the early months of life, it is still crucial that your diet is full of minimally processed nutrient dense foods.
So, the first step is to work with you to ensure that you are supporting your self with healthy, nutrient dense, whole food diet on a daily basis (ok, so you don’t have to be perfect all the time!)
However, no matter how good your nutrition is, it is impossible to get all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins EVERY DAY of the year that your body needs. Let’s face it, life gets in the way doesn’t it?
Whole Food Nutrition
This is why I have integrated a plant-based whole food product into my business.
I recommend it to all of our clients who are needing to bridge the gap between what they are eating on a daily basis, and what their body needs to feel more energised, have increased mental alertness, sleep better, no matter how well your children sleep, feel more confident and stronger and overall improve their short and long term health and wellbeing.
The nutritional support I provide supports a healthy diet by offering a much wider range of naturally occurring vitamins, along with other natural antioxidants and phytonutrients found in plant-based whole foods, predominantly fruits and vegetables, then you will get from simply eating food AND from traditional vitamins supplements, with the majority containing synthetic ingredients.
Wholefood nutrition starts in orchards, gardens and vineyards. And, medical and health experts have agreed for years that fruits and vegetables are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Almost every day another piece of research or another news story comes out confirming the health benefits of fruit and vegetables.
In reality, we all need more health-giving whole food nutrition in our diets every day!
And, because I totally understand that every mother’s first concern is their children’s health and wellbeing, not only can you ensure you are nourishing yourself well, but your young children can also benefit from the goodness to support
their growing bodies, and ensure they have the best start through our associated Healthy Starts Program!
More importantly, these products are scientifically studied and peer-reviewed, and are ideal for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation.
Fruit, Vegetable & Berry Capsules
These capsules includes a variety of over 30 fruits, vegetables and ancient grains, without the water and minimal sugars (about 1-1.5g at most). All ingredients in the 100% vegan capsules is farm-fresh produce, which has been harvested, cleaned, juiced an
d pulped then dried to a concentrated powder to provide us with an abundance of nutrients.
Complete Macro Superfood Sachets
These sachets are loaded with natural vegan protein, good fats, and natural fibres, and, for many mums are a nutrition boosters, which can be enjoyed every day and by the whole family.
Whether it be as a balanced smoothie, perfect to ensure you get a nutrient-dense breakfast on the run, added to raw desserts, healthy snack after a workout or to satisfy those cravings (so much better nutritionally than a biscuit or chocolate)
In these little capsules is ‘real nutrition’ from plant sources, so it’s a blend of plant-based omegas, with ingredients from a blend of algal oil, pomegranate seed oil, sea buckthorn fruit oil, raspberry seed oil, tomato seed oil and safflower seed oil.
Omegas are so incredibly important for our health from promoting a healthy pregnancy by supporting normal fetal brain and eye development and a healthy birth weight, to helping with emotional challenges in people by decreasing mood swings and oppositional behaviour and helping the body effectively respond to inflammation, and therefore playing a role in the immune response.
And, as all ingredients are from the plant kingdom, it is so much more sustainable from an environmental perspective, there is no fishy after taste & the fish prefer it!
Supplementing Not Substituting
Please remember, neither the capsules nor the superfood sachets are a substitute for a balanced diet. And, skipping meals or calorie restricting is not what we encourage for good health and wellbeing, physically and mentally.
I personally use these recommended whole food capsules and sachets to supplement the healthy lifestyle of my family and to bridge the gap between what we actually eat and what we should eat and need.
Complete Life Transformation Program
The Complete Life Transformation (CLT) Program is designed to help you make lasting change with your health, and support your fitness and wellbeing.
For best results, my clients start their CLT journey with our SHRED10 program because it is possible to start feeling amazing inside and out in 10 days!
For the first 10 days of the CLT journey we encourage you to flood your body with nutrient dense whole food goodness, crowd out the ‘crap’, such as alcohol, processed foods & refined sugars and give your body the gift of consistent hydration, rest and daily movement.
The SHRED10 program makes getting healthy easy – simply adding in the good AND crowding out the bad! And anyone can do it – it can be done by the whole family!
My reason for starting SHRED10 was to feel ‘clean’ and re-set my system – and try introduce some healthier habits.
Physically my biggest win was losing the additional centimetres that had crept on around my waist, but more importantly, my biggest win mentally was that I didn’t fail! By applying the steps of preparation before the SHRED10 gave me the confidence to believe I could do it, And I did!
The Complete shakes were delicious, and I enjoyed the fact that I felt full with all my healthy snacks. I also really enjoyed having everything planned and prepped and eating early as a family, which is something we hadn’t really done before.
I now feel cleaner and healthier! And though I do still feel tired, as I am a working mum with an energetic toddler, I don’t feel ‘sluggish’ anymore.
Going forward my goal is to continue to eat earlier in the evening, as I found my body loved that, and to get my 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

My main reason for starting SHRED10 was to get back into good habits. I liked that the being on the program made me become more mindful. It was overall such a positive learning experience and a great kickstarter
During the SHRED10 I was not craving as much sugar as I normally did, and, more importantly, I noticed I was not mindlessly eating when I was feeling tired and wanting a boost!
Going forward my goal is to be more mindful of my nutrition, remembering to look for the healthier alternatives, and keep adding in lots of fruit and veg!
