So, what is the MumaVault?
Well, it is basically my thoughts, opinions and everything else that I feel as a working mum of 2 children, and as an exercise professional with a speciality in pre and post-natal fitness and an exercise science degree, I need to share with you, another mum or mum-to-be on your journey.
I often get asked about exercising when you are pregnant, getting back into exercise once your little one has arrived, the way I live, what I do to keep healthy, how do I make it all work and my opinions on everything related to health, fitness and wellbeing….so, I would like to share my thoughts with you.
Now, I’m not an expert on everything, and I am far from perfect!
However, I want to help you be the healthiest and happiest woman and mum you can be.
