As a mum of 2 myself, I understand that fitting in time to workout is challenging at the best of times, and, then, even if you can fit it in, sometimes it’s finding some one to care for your little ones while you take that time for you – aren’t I right?

‘EVOLVE’ Membership

Include the following :

  • X2 Personal/Private Training Session Per Week (45 minutes) 
  • Personalised Body IQ Assessment (every 4 weeks)
  • Movement Assessments
  • Coaching inclusive of Goal Setting
  • Private FaceBook Group
  • Tailored Lifestyle Strategies & Support, including nutrition & mindset
  • Exercise / Movement Programming to compliment Personal Training sessions

WEEKLY PAYMENTS:

$150.00 per week (6 Month Membership)

$170.00 per week (3 Month Membership)

‘THRIVE’ Membership

Include the following :

  • X2 One-On-Two (Semi-Private) Training Sessions Per Week
  • Personalised Body IQ Assessment (every 12 weeks)
  • Movement Assessments
  • Coaching inclusive of Goal Setting
  • Private FaceBook Group
  • Tailored Lifestyle Strategies & Support, including nutrition & mindset
  • Exercise / Movement Programming to compliment Semi-Private Training sessions

WEEKLY PAYMENTS:

$80.00 per week (6 Month Membership)

$100.00 per week (3 Month Membership)

‘ENERGISE’ Membership

Includes the following:

  • X2 One-On-Three/Four Trainings Session Per Week
  • Personalised Body IQ Assessment (every 12 weeks)
  • Movement Assessments
  • Coaching inclusive of Goal Setting

  • Tailored Lifestyle Strategies & Support, including nutrition & mindset
  • Exercise / Movement Guidance to Compliment Semi-Private Training sessions

$60.00 per week (6 month membership)
