Group Training Terms & Conditions

8-Week NewMuma Program

*You must have been for your 6-8 week check-up with your health care provider and have been given the all clear to participate in exercise prior to your first NewMuma session.

*To secure your place in a program and specific session time, a $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid to secure your place. This deposit will be deducted from the total program amount and the remaining balance for the program is to be paid before the first NewMuma session.

*Your fees for the program must be paid in full prior to your first scheduled NewMuma session.

*All NewMuma Participants must have had completed, and returned to MumaBubs, the MumaBubs PAR-Q Form and Pelvic Floor Screening Tool, and had a phone discussion with Jody prior to the commencement of the program.

*Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may be made up within 2 weeks of the date of the cancelled session and providing there is space within other sessions. Ideally a make-up session will occur in another NewMuma session. However, if that is not possible, a make-up session in a session other than a NewMuma session will be at the discretion of MumaBubs as it will be dependent on the level of the individual client.

*Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice may be made up at a session within the dates of the NewMuma program, availability permitting.  Ideally a make-up session will occur in another NewMuma session. However, if that is not possible, a make-up session in a session other than a NewMuma session will be at the discretion of MumaBubs as it will be dependent on the level of the individual client.

*If you are unable to do your make-up on the date of the re-scheduled session, your missed session will be forfeited.

*If the trainer has to reschedule the session, you will be provided with 4 weeks from the date of the cancelled session to make-up the session.

MoveMuma, MumaTime & MumaBumps Sessions

*You are welcome to come along a $20 trial session before committing to MoveMuma, MumaTime or MumaBumps sessions.

*Following your trial session, if you would like to continue to come along, an initial 8-week commitment is required for MoveMuma & MumaTime sessions.

*We recommend that you begin training with us twice per week as we know that you will see better results this way.

*For MoveMuma & MumaTime sessions MumaBubs requires payment via fortnightly direct debit. There is no set up fee for your direct debit payment.

*Once you have completed your initial 8 weeks of training, you will automatically become a regular MumaBubs client and your direct debit will continue unless you tell us otherwise.  We will assume you would like to keep training with us. 

*If you are a regular MumaBubs client and would like to permanently stop training with us, we require two (2) weeks notification to cancel your direct debit.

*If you are a regular MumaBubs client, you may put your direct debit on hold if you are going away on holidays for more than two weeks. We require two (2) weeks notification to put your membership on hold.

*Any sessions missed due to holidays of two (2) weeks or less, or for any other reason will become make-up sessions (providing we have been given 12 hours notice).

*Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice may be made up later within 4 weeks of the date of the cancelled session and providing there is space within other sessions.

*Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may be made up a session within the same calendar month, availability permitting.  If you are unable to do your make-up on the date of the re-scheduled session, your missed session will be forfeited.

*If the trainer has to reschedule the session, you will be provided with 4 weeks from the date of the cancelled session to make-up the session.

*If you become pregnant or injure yourself, you may also put your sessions on hold. Please speak to Jody if one of these situations arises.

*All sessions must be booked by our PTminder online booking system and we encourage you to stick to the same sessions per week for the majority of the time.

*We also encourage you to book a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure you do not miss out on your preferred session type, day and time.

*You may cancel and rebook a session through our PTminder online booking system providing that it is more than 12 hours notice.

*Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before that start of your session to settle your child and begin your warm up with everyone else. The start of our session is highly important in warming up and tuning into your core and postural system. If you arrive late you will be asked to warm up, stretch and perform some core and postural exercises prior to joining us

*MumaBubs reserves the right to alter any one of these terms and conditions without notification.
