At MumaBubs we are all about supporting women on this amazing journey of becoming and being a mum.

Our speciality is fitness and exercise for women with bumps, bubs and beyond.

However, if you or your family are not well, which has been the case with many of my clients this winter, you are fatigued from sleepless nights with your little ones, or you are simply dealing with the normal challenges that come from having little people, then you are not going to get to your weekly exercise sessions, no matter how much you enjoy the physical, social and psychological benefits.

I personally have been on a journey this year to improve my health and wellbeing, as I, like many mums, have being trying to be Super Woman, and realising that I’m not!

I started by focusing on my stress levels, which included introducing daily meditation, improving my nutrition, and trying to balance those darn hormones!

Then recently, I was introduced to the beautiful and powerful benefits of essential oils, which not only support my health and wellbeing, but provide me with natural options to support my family’s health and wellbeing, which is so, so important to me.

And, now, I would like to share it with YOU….
