We provide small group training and personal training programs for pregnancy, post-natal and beyond.
MoveMuma Outdoor Group Training Sessions are held at Millington Reserve, Karrinyup (off Jeanes Road) – weekdays with onsite childcare & Wednesday mornings for our Early Risers
Body Empowerment Coaching (Personal Training, One on Two or Small Group) are held at, Millington Reserve, Jetts Fitness Innaloo or we can come to you!
