Where babies and children are welcome at every session!*

At MumaBubs we believe that the post-natal period does not end once your baby is no longer a newborn.

Issues with the pelvic floor, pelvic instability, weakness with your core and even finding the time to exercise with the extra demands of being a mum, do not go away after your 6-week post-natal check.

However, returning to exercise safely is crucial for your long-term health and well-being.

At MumaBubs we are passionate about women exercising safely during the entire journey of becoming and being a mum.

We provide small group training and personal training programs for pregnancy, post-natal and beyond.

Sessions are held at or near MumaBubs HQ in Carine, Western Australia.

*Every mum needs a little time to herself, so we’ve kept Saturdays for Mumas only!

Seriously, starting with MumaBubs is the BEST thing I’ve done since having a baby. Jody is incredible, so knowledgeable and compassionate. I love that the classes are small so it’s very tailored to individual needs, and also that all the babies / kids have so much fun too.
