We provide small group training and personal training programs for pregnancy, post-natal and beyond.
MoveMuma Outdoor Group Training Sessions will be Millington Reserve, Karrinyup (off Jeanes Road) AND Carine Open Space, Carine (Okley Road side of park)
Body Empowerment Coaching (Personal Training, One on Two or Small Group) are held at, Millington Reserve, Carine Open Space or we can come to your home!
